Logistics module
Intelligent intralogistics and automated material flows
The Logistics Module (LM) optimizes your material flow and ensures maximum efficiency and precision in storage and transport processes.
Thanks to real-time monitoring, logistics orders are continuously created to ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. The seamless integration with FTS control (driverless transport systems) enables fully automated and future-proof logistics — from incoming goods to warehouse management to transport within production.
MODULE 04 — VB
Vision Board
Flexible KPI dashboards and intelligent data visualization
The Vision Board (VB) is your central tool for transparent and role-based corporate management. With flexible data visualization, KPIs, key performance indicators and relevant information can be presented according to individual requirements. Clear, understandable and always up to date.
Role-based views filter data specifically for roles and tasks. Managers, team leaders or employees receive exactly the information they need. This turns complex data into a clear basis for decision-making.

Machine Data
Accurate machine data in real time
The Machine Data (MD) module ensures seamless and precise data collection directly from the machines. By providing real-time data, continuous monitoring of production processes is possible — for full transparency and maximum process reliability.
With early fault detection, faults can be identified in good time, failures avoided and productivity sustainably increased. Intelligent analyses based on current machine data also enable predictive planning and support strategies such as predictive maintenance.
